On April 10, 1879, D. Emory Pangburn purchased 120 acres in Lot 065-K, now 66 Beebe Road, from Walter S. Church.
On October 3, 1914, Charles E. Beebe purchased the same 120 acres for M. May Pangburn, D. Emory's daughter, Martha.
