Ball, residing at Berne, Albany Co., N.Y.; William Ball, residing at Owego, Tioga Co., N.Y.; Emma Palmer, residing at 29 Central Avenue, Albany, N.Y.; Eve Ann Gibbs, residing at Berne, Albany Co., N. Y.; Alice Barber, residing at South Berne, Albany Co., N. Y.; William Williamson, residing at West Berne, Albany Co., N.Y.; James Williamson, residing at West Berne, Albany Co., N. Y.; Miner Ball, residing at Excelsior, Hennepin Co., Minnesota;. John P. Ball, residing at Garden City, Mississippi; Ambervella Ball, residing at Harriman Bosne Co., Tenn.; Henry A. Ball, residing at Grafton, Walsh county, North Dakota; Seneca Ball, residing at Delano, Wright county, Minnesota; Jerome Ball, residing at Argyle, Marshall County, Minnesota, the widow, husband, heirs-at-law and next of kin of Robert Ball, late of the town of Berne, in the county of Albany, deceased, all the persons in being who would take an interest in any portion of the real and personal estate of said deceased, under the provisions of the will of said deceased, and the executors and trustees named or described in said will, send greeting.
Whereas: Charles E. Ball, of the town of Knox, in the county of Albany, has lately made application to our Surrogate's Court of the county of Albany, to have a certain instrument in writing, relating to real and personal estate, exclusively, duly proved as the last will and testament of the said Robert Ball deceased, therefore, you and each of you are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our said Surrogate, at the Surrogate's court in the city of Albany, on the 4th day of December 1893, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, then and there to attend the probate of the said instrument as the last will and testament of said deceased; and those of you who are under the age of twenty-one years are required to appear by your guardian, if you have one, If you have none, that you appear and apply for one to be appointed, or in the event of your neglect or failure to do so, a guardian will be appointed by the Surrogate to represent and act for you in these proceedings.
In testimony whereof, We have caused the seal of office of our said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed.
