Ann Eliza was born about 1825 in Berne. She was the daughter of Adam Reinhart and Sophia Snyder.

About 1844, Ann married Lewis Fowler who was born December 8 1821. He was the son of Peter Fowler and his wife Esther. They had the following children:

- Almina Fowler - born May 1850
- Lewis Fowler - born 1851
Death
Ann died between 1865 and 1880.
