Birth
Daughter of Frederick Bassler (born in Basel canton, Switzerland) and Anna Danner. In 1749 her father migrated to Philadelphia. He later married Anna Danner. The family migrated on foot to what is now Knox, Albany County, NY. His daughter Annatje Bassler was baptised 1761 Schoharie.
Military Service
Hannah's husband, Peter Fetterly, served on the British side in the war. For being a Loyalist, he was designated a "United Empire Loyalist".
