Mrs. Edgar Beebe Dies At Knox
Mariae Williamson Beebe, wife of Edgar Beebe, died Tuesday at her home in Knox after a long illness. Born Dec. 22, 1867, daughter of Layfette and Emma Chesebro Williamson, she had been a life-long resident of the Knox area and for years was a member of the staff of correspondents of the Altamont Enterprise.
Mrs. Beebe is survived by her husband, and two sons, Charles and Ralph Beebe.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Knox Reformed church. Rev. Norman VanderHart, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Knox cemetery.
