Birth
John R. Williams was born in 1796. He was the son of John Williams 4th (b. ca 1765) and Tryphena Main (b. 5/8/1767).
Marriage & Children
John married Lucretia Blessing (1803-1895). They had the following children:
- Jane E. Williams (b.2/21/1827, d. 11/16/1870. m. Joseph Crary)
 - Marietta Williams (b.1834, d. 1916, m. Isaac Pinckney)
 - James Henry Williams (b. 3/1837, d. 12/14/1840)
 
Death
He died on July 23 1882 and was buried in Knox Cemetery in Knox.
