He married Norah Shay whose parents are unknown. She was several years older than he having been born in about 1817.

Thomas Condon died on December 17, 1902 in Berne. He was buried at Reidsville Cemetery, Reidsville, Albany Co, NY. His wife Norah died on May 5, 1915 and was buried with her husband. Their son Michael M. Condon who died on March 4, 1878 is also buried at this cemetery.
