Birth

Hubert Gallup was born 22 Sep 1844 in Knox, Albany Co, New York, the son of Wyatt Gallup (1816 – 1882) and Hannah Bedell (1820 – 1861). Wyatt was the son of Samuel Hobart GALLUP (1794 – 1872) and Margaret FISHER (1796 – 1827). Hannah was the daughter of Adam Bedell (1775 – ) and Catherine Powell (1775 – 1855). Wyatt Gallups wife is also listed as Harriet Bedall (1820 in New York - 1861). Little information on Wyatt Gallup. His siblings MIGHT have been - Ancestry.com sources:
