Isaac was born on October 3, 1807 in Rensselaerville, a son of Nichols Cornell and Hannah Sisson[1]
Marriage & Children
On March 18, 1834, he married Rhoda A. Belden and lived in and around Windham. The following are the names of their children that have been identified:
