Birth
Ira Lee Williamson was born in Knox on May 1 1858. He was the son of James Williamson and Harriet Torrey.
Marriage & Children
On December 25, 1879, Ira married Sarah Jane Sturgess in Knox. She was born in Knox, New York on October 18, 1856, and died in Knox on May 9, 1920. She was the daughter of David Wakeman Sturgess and Melinda Swan. They had the following children:
- Lenora Williamson, b. 12 Jun 1882; d. 15 Apr 1885.
- Elmira Williamson, b. 05 Aug 1884; d. 09 Apr 1885.
- Elmer Nathaniel Williamson], b. 12 Aug 1887, Knox; d. 14 Mar 1945, Schenectady, N.Y..
- James Lee Williamson, b. 25 May 1890, Wright, Schoharie Co., N.Y.; d. 10 Feb 1963, Springfield, V.T..
- Myron E. Williamson, b. 11 May 1894; d. 29 May 1914.

He died October 15, 1936, in Schenectady, N.Y..
