Birth

Tunis was born at about 1842 in New Scotland, a son of Tunis and Eliza Ann Slingerland.

Marriage & Children

He married Phebe Jane _____at about 1862 and had the following known children:

  • Willie Slingerland
  • Albertus C. Slingerland

After the death of Phebe, Tunis married Carrie H._____ and moved to Coeymans.
