Obituary Albert Hartmann, 74, formerly of Westerlo, died Tuesday at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center after a short illness. Mr. Hartmann was born in Brooklyn. He was self-employed in the real estate business and formerly owned and operated various pet shops before residing in Westerlo. He was a Marine veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Selkirk Kingdom Hall. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Jones Hartmann of Westerlo; a son, Albert Hartmann of Middleburgh; two daughters, Linda Place of Westerlo and Maureen Ressler of Greenport; a brother, Marty Hartmann of Roxbury; and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Selkirk Kingdom Hall, Selkirk.
