SLAVIN - Unexpectedly, Wednesday, June 17, (1981) at Sierra Vista, Ariz., Joel Slavin of Knox, husband of the late Ida Charlip.; father of Mrs. Sigmund (Rhoda) Kateinsky of Glen Oaks (Warren CO.), Mrs. Edward (Myrna) Feldman of Delanson, and Jay Slavin of Sierra Vista; brother of Dr. Leah Slavin and Mrs. Ed (Etta) Moss of Passaic, NJ.; cousin of Ernest Shear of Knox; also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grand daughter. Funeral services will be held at 6485 Knox Cave Road on Sunday, June 28 at 12:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
