Birth
Mary Viola Hallenbeck was born in June 1882, in East Berne to Frederick Hallenbeck and his wife, Emily.
Marriage & Children
Mary married Joseph H. Warner about 1900, and they had seven known children:
- Pearl Warner (Abt. 1900-1976)
- Harley S. Warner (1902-1954)
- Wesley Martin Warner (1907-1977)
- George L. Warner (1912-1971)
- Archie Warner (1914-1995)
- Ella Mae Warner (1920-1994)
- Susan Jane Warner (1922-1979)
Death
She died October 22, 1943, in East Berne, and was buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in nearby New Salem.
Obituary
Mrs. Joseph Warner - After a long illness Mrs. Joseph Warner succumbed at her home in East Berne Oct. 22nd [1943] at the age of 61. She was the daughter of the late Emily J. Hallenbeck, and a sister of Mrs. Howard Singer of Albany and Sanford Hallenbeck of New Salem. Besides her husband, Joseph Warner, her sister and brother , she is survived by three daughters and four sons, Mrs. Henry Schultz of Watervliet, Mrs. Edward Seavey, Mrs. Frank Tallman of East Berne, Archie Warner, Altamont, George Warner, Harley Warner and Wesley Warner of East Berne. Rev. Russell Greene officiated at the funeral service. Peter Applebly was undertaker. Burial was at Mount Pleasant cemetery, New Salem.
