Burton married Aravilla Young on December 26, 1894, at Gallupville in the Town of Wright, Schoharie Co., N.Y.. They had the following children:
- Hazel Haverly (b-July 1, 1896 d-February 18, 1975)
- Marjorie Haverly (b-September 22, 1915 d-February 1, 1997)
Death
Burton died on April 9, 1953.
