Kezia Wickes was born on July 5, 1776 to Elijah Wickes (1735-1809) and his wife Keziah Davis (B. 1730-35, D. after 1809). Kezia was their eldest daughter.

Kezia Wickes married Stephen Platt, who was born April 24, 1770. They had the following children:

Life
Kezia and Stephen lived in Rensselaerville, Albany County and can be found there in the 1800 and 1810 US Censues. This is where most of their children were born. In about 1807 according to land records, they apparently moved to Vestal, Broome County, NY. However later they moved back to Rensselaerville where they are found in the 1810 US Census. In about 1811, they moved permanently to Vestal.
Death
Kezia's husband Stephen Platt died first on October 12, 1846 in Vestal, Broome County, NY. She died on October 12, 1846 in Vestal, Broome County, NY.
