Birth
Charles H. Mackey was born in Rensselaerville, N. Y.. October 3, 1863, and is a son of Willet B. Mackey and Hannah E. Reinhart [1]
Occupation
He was educated in the common schools. He is a farmer and owns 190 acres, 100 acres where he resides. In politics Mr. Mackey is a Democrat and has been collector two years. The family attend the Baptist church, of which his father was a lifelong member [1]
Marriage & Children
On November 14, 1888, he married Alice M. Cook, daughter of Eugene Cook and Augusta Lounsbury. [1] Their children:

- Harry E. born in 1892
