Birth

William was born at about 1798 in Berne, a son of William Miller and Nancy Russell[1]. His known siblings were:

  • John Miller was born January 26, 1791 at Fishkill, Dutchess Co., NY[1]
  • Russell Miller was born September 10, 1792. He married Nancy Conger.[1]
  • Martha (Patty) Miller was born at about 1796[1]
  • Eli Miller was born October 1, 1800. He married Anna Barton[1]
  • Elizabeth Miller was born April 10, 1804. She married Abram Onderdonk[1]

Marriage & Children

At about 1820, he married Mary (Polly) Joslin who was born in April of 1798, a daughter of Daniel B. Joslin and Mary (Polly) Snyder[1]. Their only child was:

  • William Miller, Jr. who was born at about September 12, 1827 in Berne[1]

Death

William died on August 12, 1827 at Berne. His burial took place in Westerlo.
