Funeral services will be on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Frederick Funeral Home, 16 Manning Square (where Clinton and Central Avenues meet) in Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call on Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. Interment will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie. Contributions in memory of Mr. Wilber may be sent to the Memorial Fund at West End Presbyterian Church, 585 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12206.''&lt;br /&gt;
