On December 12, 1766, Elijah married [[Keziah Davis]] in New York County, NY. She had been born between 1730 and 1735 in Brookhaven Suffolk County, NY and was the daughter of Joseph Davis (1702-1790) and Elizabeth Parshall (1705-1793). They had the following children:
