James Phillips died on September 18, 1874 in Westerlo, Albany Co, NY. He was buried at Hannacroix Cemetery in Westerlo. His wife Rosella died many years later on February 22, 1910 in Coeymans, Albany Co, NY and she was buried with her husband at Hannacroix Cemetery.
