Mr. Errico was chief investigator for the New York state Inspector General's Office. He also worked for the Governor's Traffic Safety Committee for a time and lived in Knox for about 10 years before moving to Willsboro. <ref name="TU"/>

SILVER SPRINGS, Fla. Services were held for Frank R. Errico, 63, a former chief investigator for the New York state Inspector General's Office, who died Jan. 25 in the Munroe Regional Medical Center. He was born in Suffern, Rockland County, and lived in Knox and in Willsboro, Essex County. He had wintered in Florida for the past nine years. Mr. Errico worked for the state Inspector General's Office in Albany, retiring in 1986. He also worked for the Governor's Traffic Safety Committee for a time and lived in Knox for about 10 years before moving to Willsboro. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a member of St. Joseph of the Forest Catholic Church in Silver Springs, St. Philips of Jesus Catholic Church in Willsboro and St. Lucy's Church in Altamont. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Errico; three daughters, Peggy Lynn Krinsky, Patricia Ann Schenk and Nancy Lee Redding, all of Ocala, Fla.; two sons, Kevin R. Errico of Jacksonville, Fla., and Timothy R. Errico of Ocala; his mother, Agnes Bell of Gulfport, Miss.; a brother, A. Errico of Bemus Point, Chautauqua County; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandson. Arrangements are by the Hiers Funeral Home.
