Isaac B. McNary was born in Jan 1841 in Berne, Albany County, NY, the son of Elijah and Sally Martha Barton McNary.

Isaac was a farmer. When his parents and most the rest of his family removed to Albany, Isaac remained in Berne and continued farming until he retired to Guilderland Center at about 1900.

Isaac McNary died in 1926 in Delmar, Albany Co., NY. He was buried in the Guilderland Cemetery, Guilderland Center, Albany Co., NY. His wife Elma died on 18 Jan 1929 in Delmar, Albany Co., NY. She was buried in the Guilderland Cemetery beside her husband.
