Asa Rensselaer Chappell apparently lived on Lot 65-K in what is now 66 Beebe Road, Knox. He auctioned off some farm equipment before moving west in 1911. His wife's brother, D. Emory Pangburn, bought Lot 065-K from Walter S. Church in 1879.
